We provide bridging loans of £5m+ which provide short-term financing solutions for borrowers either pre- or post-development financing. This could include UK real estate living projects set for redevelopment or conversion, where our bridge solution paves the way for longer-term development financing to be arranged, or projects which require post-development financing to support the completion of leasing-up or sale of remaining units.
